	The A&L Document Console gives the user a way to describe each document for fast and easy identification. A part of each entered document is its description. Each document has, as part of its description, a record heading, a title, category, who entered it, the date it was entered, how many pages make up the document and on what database location it is stored. If a document has been selected or highlighted (yet not necessarily viewed), the document information will be shown in a read-only pop-up window, displaying all the information entered as part of the document's description. Simply click the mouse on OK to close the Document Info window.
